New Zealand is comprised of two islands, North Island and South Island. Combined they are about the size of the
State of California. The South Island features several Glaciers, beautiful lakes colored with blue green water from the glaciers. The Southern Alps on the South Island rival the Rocky Mountains in the USA. New Zealand is a place of unspoiled beauty with snow capped mountains and crystal clear lakes, and sheep grazing everywhere. Photos taken in August of 1976 on my return trip from Australia. |
